Return and Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order.  For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect colour.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a clear photos of the issue.

Eligible issues should be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. If your package is lost in transit please contact us so we can investigate and assist you. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
